Please make sure you place your order early enough for it to get to its destination in time for the Holidays.  This year we'd like to request that all US Holiday orders are placed by December 15th.  If something is out of stock, we will notify you right away. International orders will take longer to travel, and there is customs on the way…  Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any customs delays.

We ship via United States Postal Service, insured.  If you live in the Seattle area, orders can also be picked up at our Pioneer Square studio.  Please email us at info@joannamorgandesigns.com to make arrangements for a pick-up, or studio visit.


Some of our designs are made to order, some we have in stock on a regular basis. In general it may take 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be shipped to you, though we will make every effort to ship as soon as possible, especially before Christmas. Some items may take longer to be shipped (please take note if your item specifies a longer turn-around time in the description).  You may contact us at info@joannamorgandesigns.com for further information on items which may be in stock and may be shipped sooner , or if you have a time sensitive request. Often we are able to give more details regarding the production process and timing of the shipment.  

We ship via US Postal Service, insured.  We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Overnight shipping is not available. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added to the total of your order, and must be paid prior to shipping.  We will notify you promptly in case of any delays or if the item is out of stock.

We ship to addresses in the U.S. and internationally.  In the US it takes 3-5 business days for your package to get to you, for international orders 6-15 days. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Customer is also responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Joanna Morgan Designs LLC is not responsible for fees charged by customs or any customs delays.


Payment in full is required prior to shipping - major credit cards are accepted. Washington State residents will pay a local sales tax.


We would like to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with it, or your items arrive damaged, please let us know within fourteen days of receiving your purchase to arrange for a refund or exchange, by emailing info@joannamorgandesigns.com . Items need to be returned in their original condition - unaltered, with tags attached, in original packaging. Please note that we are not able to refund the shipping charges.

International customers - if you encounter shipping delays, you may contact us at info@joannamorgandesigns.com to obtain authorization for a late return.

Returns received after fourteen days, or received without prior communication with us, will be sent back to the sender. Joanna Morgan Designs LLC does not offer price adjustments.

Custom order and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


If an item you purchased requires repairs, we will gladly mend it as long as you purchased the piece within last six months, and the item has not been altered.  Please contact us at info@joannamorgandesigns.com regarding repairs prior to shipping it to us.  We do not offer jewelry repairs on items not purchased from us directly.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge.  In case an item is mislisted, Joanna Morgan Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
